Step by step instructions

1) Create a username here.

2) One you return to the mortgage forum index click on Stop Foreclosure Forum.

3) Click on the "new topic" icon.

4) Then post your foreclosure property information:
The state and county your foreclosure bailout situation is located in, current mortgage balance, what you think the house is worth.

5) Please let us know what you would like to see happen, to stop the foreclosure. How has your situation changed so know you can now afford your mortgage payments?
