i would like to refi my home to stop foreclosure. date has not been set yet. i just received the papers. my balance is 97000 and the home is worth approx 120000. i want to keep my home. the mortgage who currently has the mortgage doesnt not return calls. and they currently are having pending law suits and i need help. things are better and want to stay here.

Do you know if there is a foreclosure reporting on your credit report?
