Live in Illinois, Lake County, home is worth about $185,000

Got behind on payments totally by accident I thought he paid it,he thought I paid it, but it was too late, went into foreclosure, worked out a repayment schedule with loss litigation, had money stolen, got behind, worked out another agreement, but they wanted $4,500 in 9 days did not have it. PLEASE HELP
