|  Please help give me some clarity.
Can I do a RUNDRAISER and fully disclose to a customer that at the end of the deal I will give $$$ in his or her name to a non-profit organization. I see sites that say they will give to the organization after the loan closes...Is that not a kickback and if not why? Would love to do fundraiser at my sons Montesorri school and need the ins and outs. I handle 42 states so I need the NATIONAL answer.
