Property info: located in Pahrump, Nevada - Nye County - mortgage balance owed $85,000, propert value $140,000 to $145,000 - Foreclosure sale date is 12-04-06. Would like to obtain a "Bail Out" loan A.S.A.P.! Our credit is bad and time is running out! Property is our primary residance. Any advise or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Please reply! Thank You.
