| I was told my an atty that I could file a motion to reverse bank sale in Ohio. It sold back to lender, who in turn gives or sell back to va. Sold for 70,000. value of home is is approx 140,000. it was appraised at 105,000 I was supposed to have a pre-trial on may22,2006. the court faked one. I had told bank that when we went to settlement, I could pay. My husband knew I never got the pre-trial, and my request for emergency settlement was set for OCT!. They were trying he and his attorney were trying to get me to have nothing. No other Laywers wanted to touch the case because of so much foul play. Things were just getting right for me, and I have a 15 yr old with aspbergers. It ther Justice for us? |

| | While unfortunate your case is common. A real estate attorney who specializes in foreclosures is your best bet in this situation. |
