My home is located in Lincoln, North Carolina.
The balance on the mortgage is 141934.
The value of my home is 151000
Foreclosure sale date has not as of yet been set I got the paperwork that foreclosure prcess is being started and need to save my home.
I would like to see my home saved and maybe get a more affordable mortgage payment. I can afford the current payment but it is very difficult to do so. I my at the breaking point about what to do to save my home.

You do not have equity for any foreclosure bailout loan which we know of. If I were you I, would work out mortgage forbearance with your current mortgage lender.

Please keep us in mind in the future!
