I recently bought a 5 acre property with a value of $1.5million with a view to develop, i have not found a suitable developer
to assist in developing this waterfront property. now im having problems making loan payments, total owed to bank is $400,000.00 roughly.
no foreclosure is in the works but i could get to that soon. what advice or help can you offer??
