| | Can some one tell me how to invest in the NEW UAL? I've been told that the "ualaq" will be worthless on Feb 1, 2006. Is that true? |

| | I understand. I'm trying to understand why people are still trading "ual.aq" shares. When UAL comes out of bankruptcy won't there be new shares issued making the old ual.aq shares worthless? Or, is that assumption incorrect. |
