| the home was appaised for $109,000 when we bought it in 1999.
it is a 3 bedroom 1 bath ranch home with a full basement and 1 car attached garage. it also has a 2 car detached garage that is heated with a full attic above with a 8x24 foot carport off the garage and a 18x36foot inground pool with a 6 1/2x 40 foot step up deck with a 6 foot fence surrounding the pool. the pool area has lights and electricty. all this is situated on 1.7 +/- acres. |
