Our real estate bird dog program consists of three parts:
1) Sellers…
Your responsibilities would be to locate and photograph potential homes that our company may purchase. If you bring us a lead (someone who needs to sell their home, or have their payments taken over by us), and this lead turns into a deal in which we end up closing on, we will pay you up to $500 per lead. Keep in mind we are looking for good deals.
Individuals that have one of the following characteristics are considered a great lead:
Loss of job or reduction in income
Job transfer
Paying a double mortgage
Divorce or separation
Recent Death in the family
Tired Landlords
Recent Death in the family
Foreclosure / Power of Sale

Homes in the United States & Canada fall into two main categories;
Nice “Pretty” Houses & Executive Luxury Homes- Properties that need no work and are in great condition as is. These homes can be as follows:
Vacant Homes
For Sale by Owner Homes – FSBO – located through the newspaper and by simply driving around the neighborhood you are familiar with, and getting the information with phone number on the property.
Ugly Homes – exactly what you think — these are ugly! We are talking homes that may be boarded up, condemned, holes in the roof, broken windows, grass 3 feet tall, rotten wood, peeling paint, etc. I hope that you can picture the kind of home we are interested in. These homes can be categorized as follows:
Commercial Property Wanted – We are actively searching for distressed office, industrial, retail, multi-family & commercial properties throughout the US.
2) Buyers…
Send us the name, address and telephone number of anyone you know looking to buy or rent-to-own (lease purchase) a home. The buyer can an individual looking to purchase a home for their residence, it can be another investor. If we strike a deal with the buyer we’ll pay you $50.00 just for providing the lead!
3) Real Estate Investors…
If you introduce us to private investors (people that have IRA’s or cash sitting in a bank account earning small returns, or home equity lines of credit) willing to invest their funds in secure real estate investments with great returns, and we end up using such investors to fund our deals, we will pay you up.
4) Realtors…
Full commission sales with minimal or no down. Earn thousands of $$$ in commissions for many customer services wholly unavailable until now.
5) Lawyers and Tax Professionals
We can also assist lawyers and CPAs in their work. Attorneys and CPAs who specialize in tax, divorce, or estate work often have clients who need to sell there real estate fast. We can give your client instant debt relief.
